Florals for Every Part of Your Celebration, Not Just the Ceremony
Most couples put their entire floral budget into the ceremony, then wonder why the reception feels plain.
Flowers should show up in more places, in smaller doses.
Where florals genuinely earn it
The ceremony backdrop or mandap. Highest photo count of anything at your event. Worth the spend.
Entry moment. The first thing guests see sets the tone for everything after. A single strong arrangement at the entrance does more than four weak ones inside.
Head table or stage. Close-up, intimate photos happen here all night.
The dessert or cake table. Greenery tucked between tiers and trays costs almost nothing and makes the whole display look styled instead of stacked.
Where you can spend far less
Guest table centerpieces. You need something, but not much. Bud vases in odd numbers with candlelight between them look intentional and cost a fraction of full arrangements. Guests are looking at each other, not the flowers.
Aisle decor. Petals or a few clustered arrangements at intervals beat lining the entire aisle.
Bathroom and lounge areas. One small arrangement. That is genuinely enough.
Greenery is your budget's best friend.
Eucalyptus, ivy, and foliage garlands fill space beautifully for a fraction of what blooms cost. Use greenery as the volume and flowers as the accent, not the other way around.
Repeat your palette, not your arrangements.
Every floral moment should share the same two or three colors. They do not need to be identical arrangements. Consistency in palette is what makes the whole event feel like one designed thing.
Fresh versus faux.
Faux has come a long way and for backdrops, garlands, and structural pieces it is often the smarter call: no wilting, no heat sensitivity, reusable, and at distance indistinguishable. Save fresh for the pieces guests get close to.
We design florals across the whole celebration, not just the altar. Bring us your palette and your venue and we will map out where every stem should go.
